Christmas!!!! I love it so much it would scare the weak of heart. Toby and I have never spent a Christmas together so we decided to hang out at our house with no other family and try the first big holiday alone. It seemed like such a good idea at the time, now I am a little scared we might end up bored. I am going to have to think of some Christmas traditions to get started. Merry Christmas everyone!

Jett

Toby and I have a dog ( and a cat) but the story is about the dog.... his name is Jett and we love him probably as much as someone can love their own child. It is rediculous. He is a boxer, about 1 1/2 years old. I bought him for Toby when he graduated from U of I. We have been looking into getting another one and weighing out the pros and cons. Well - I get a call from Toby after lunch the other day. He starts off with something like "I need to talk to you about what Jett did today." Now any conversation that starts off this way concerning the dog is usually about one thing so my first response is "What did he chew up?" It took a little bit of pushing but finally Toby tells me. Jett chewed up our DIGITAL CAMERA. Of all the things he could chew up that is definately not the cheap one. Ugh.... guess he is doomed to stay in the crate when we are gone from here on out. Needless to say I may not be posting a lot of pictures for awhile - and we are holding off on getting another puppy.

Guess it is time

So I decided I better start this blogging more to stay in touch than anything else. I will more than likely be terrible at updating it since my only internet connection is at work and for some strange reason my boss prefers me to work when at work, but I will give it a try.

A little update. After High School I did a little moving around from school to school to check things out. I went to Logan for a year, Pocatello for two, and then Moscow for 3 and half. I know... I should have been a doctor, but instead I became an Architect. I have a Master's Degree in Architecture and work in a firm designing and managing project construction. Most days I really like it. Some days it is horrible :) I am guessing that is the nature of being a grown up though so I am willing to accept that.

In another 2 weeks I will have been married for a whole 3 months to a great guy named Toby from Wyoming who is also an architect at a different firm. We just bought a house, work a ton and goof off as much as possible.
